スペースでコンテンツを検索する

Trying to find a specific page, live doc, or whiteboard is hard when you remember some things about it but you don’t remember what it’s called. Searching for it might seem challenging.

スペース内で目的のアイテムを見つけるには、いくつかの方法があります。

スペース内でアイテムのタイトルを検索する

スペースを検索するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Enter some of the item’s title in the Search by title field, located in the space’s sidebar. When entering multiple words, the operator used is OR. Enter product requirements, and the results will contain product OR requirements.

2. Enter キーを押します。

タイトルにカーソルを合わせてカードを表示する

Sometimes an item’s title just isn’t enough to pick the right one. When you hover over an item in the sidebar of a space, you can see more details about it — like when it was updated last and who owns the item.

サイドバーのアイテム カードから実行できるアクションは次のとおりです。

• Jump directly to edit 

• あとで読むためにアイテムにスターを付ける

ここではアイテムの共有とウォッチを利用できません。

カード上でのカーソル合わせをオフにする方法

Seeing cards on hover is something each user can control, so if you don’t find this useful, you can turn it off in your user settings. In user settings, uncheck the content card hover option.

アイテムのビューを変える

一部のユーザーやケースによっては、構造化されたコンテンツ ツリーをナビゲートするのが役立つ場合もあります。一方で、スペースに慣れていない場合や、コンテンツ ツリーが巨大化している場合は、目的のアイテムを見つけるのがより困難になります。

自分に合ったアイテムのリストを作成するには、ツリー ビューから自由に並べ替えられるフラット リストにビューを切り替えます。スペースでビューを選択すると、それを変更するまでその状態が維持されます。

• ツリー — アイテムが標準の階層構造で表示されます

• My visits — view the items you accessed most recently at the top of a flat list

• 最終更新 — スペース内のユーザーが最近作成したアイテム、または編集したアイテムがフラット リストの上位に表示されます

• Title - A to Z — view the items in a flat alphabetical list, starting with content containing numbers and special characters
