カスタム ダッシュボードの設定
チームにとって既定のシステム ダッシュボードだけでは足りない場合、異なるガジェット セットの作業を追跡したり、特定のチームとウォールボード ダッシュボードとして共有するカスタム ダッシュボードを作成できます。
カスタム ダッシュボードの作成
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select Create dashboard.
必要に応じてダッシュボードの詳細を入力します。
カスタムダッシュボードを作成する際、ヘッダー内の ダッシュボード メニューから既定のシステム ダッシュボードを見つけられない場合があります。 これは、お気に入りとしてマークされるダッシュボードのみが、ダッシュボード メニューに表示されるためです。
カスタム ダッシュボードの詳細の編集
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
Find the dashboard you want to edit and select More actions (), then select Rename and share.
必要ｂに応じてダッシュボードの詳細を編集します。
ダッシュボードの自動更新を設定する
ページを再読み込みするか [更新] ボタンを選択することで、ダッシュボードを手動で更新できます。ダッシュボードを自動で更新する場合は、頻度を分単位で指定してセットアップできます。
ダッシュボードの自動更新を設定するには、次の手順に従います。
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
Find the dashboard you want to edit and select More actions ().
[自動更新を設定] を選択します。
更新する頻度を分単位で入力します。
[保存] を選択します。
カスタム ダッシュボードのコピー
既存のダッシュボードの詳細に基づいた新しいダッシュボードを作成したい場合は、カスタム ダッシュボードをコピーすると便利です。
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
Find the dashboard you want to copy and select More actions (), then select Copy dashboard.
コピーしたダッシュボードの詳細を必要に応じて更新します。
コピーされたダッシュボードは、コピー元となるソース ダッシュボードから開始されます。
カスタム ダッシュボードの削除
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
Find the dashboard you want to delete and select More actions (), then select Delete dashboard.
ダッシュボードをお気に入りに追加
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
ダッシュボードを見つけ、対応する星印のアイコンをクリックします。
Starred dashboards appear at the top of the Starred and recent menu in the sidebar.
カスタム ダッシュボードにガジェットを追加する
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
編集したいダッシュボードを選択します。
[編集] を選択します。
Select Add gadget.
To view all available gadgets, select Load all gadgets.追加するガジェットで [ガジェットを追加] を選択します。
カスタム ダッシュボードのレイアウトの編集
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
編集したいダッシュボードを選択します。
[編集] を選択します。
Select Edit Layout.
ダッシュボードのレイアウトを選択します。
カスタム ダッシュボードをウォールボードとして表示する
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
ウォールボードとして表示したいダッシュボードを選択します。
Select More actions (), then View as a wallboard.
カスタム ウォールボードのスライドショーをセットアップして表示する
複数のカスタム ダッシュボードが設定されている場合にのみ、ウォールボード スライドショーを設定および表示できます。カスタム ダッシュボードを作成した後、自分のダッシュボードのウォールボード スライドショーを設定するには次の操作を行います。
Select Dashboards from the sidebar, then select View all dashboards.
サイドバーで、ウォールボードとして表示するダッシュボードを選択します。
Select More actions (), then Set Up Wallboard Slideshow.
[ウォールボード スライドショーの設定] ウィンドウで、必要に応じて自分のウォールボード スライドショーを設定し、完了をクリックします。
To view the wallboard slideshow of your dashboards, select More actions (), then View Wallboard Slideshow.
