The project summary page gives you a dashboard-style overview of your team’s work across your project. It helps you monitor progress and streamline the tracking and management of your work.
Gain insights into your team’s workload and results with a snapshot of key metrics across your project such as the number of work items completed, updated, or created in the last 7 days, or due in the next 7 days. It also contains a number of charts and visualizations that provide insights into work status, priorities, progress, and workload distribution across team members.
プロジェクトの要約を有効にする
The project summary page is enabled by default for all newly created service projects. If it is enabled, you’ll see Summary in the sidebar under your project’s name.
Jira and project admins can enable your project’s summary page from the Feature lab. Once enabled, the project summary page can be viewed by both admins and agents.
From your service project, go to Project settings, then select Features.
On the Features page, look for the Feature lab heading and find the Project summary toggle.
Use the toggle to turn the feature on (or off).

Navigate to your service project, then select Summary in your project’s sidebar. You’ll see data as long as you have at least one assignee, and any number of work items in your project. The more people and requests in your project, the more insights you’ll be able to make use of.

use the Refresh () button to get the most up-to-date data at any time.
use the Share () button to share the summary page with your team members by email.
Note that you are not able to customize the page layout or chart elements, including changing the time periods for the charts or metrics.

Between the page title and key metrics are filters similar to those on the list, board, and calendar views of your Queues. You can use dropdown filters like Status, Assignee, and Created to filter chart data.

These four sections provide an overview of recent activity within the project by displaying the:
number of work items completed, updated, and created in the last 7 days.
number of work items due in the next 7 days.

Customer satisfaction – A visualization of your project’s average customer satisfaction levels (CSAT) over the last 12 months.
Request types – A breakdown of open work items sorted by their request type.
Status overview – A view of the work item count for each status in your workflow(s).
Team workload – An overview showing the percentage of work assigned to each team member, so you can monitor team capacity and distribute work to ensure your project is properly resourced.
Priority breakdown – A count of the work items in each priority group, so you can see how work is being prioritized in your project.
Recent activity – A list of recent activity to help you stay up-to-date with what's happening across the project. Select a link to see more detail about that activity.
Journeys – A count of the in-progress journeys by journey name, so you can keep track of all the journeys running in your project. You’ll only see this chart if you have Journeys enabled on your project.
