What is the new navigation in Jira Service Management?

サイド バーからナビゲーションを開始できます
Switch between queues and service desks straight from the sidebar. It’s also where you’ll find key places you go to get work done like:
For you: A personalized hub with your recent projects, items you’ve worked on, content you’ve viewed, work you’re assigned to, starred items, and more.
Recent: Projects, queues, requests, and more that you’ve visited, edited, or created.

サイドバーのカスタマイズ
[その他] () > [サイドバーをカスタマイズ] に移動して、ナビゲーション アイテムの表示、並べ替え、非表示を行えます。
Show items: To add an item to your sidebar, check its checkbox.
アイテムを並べ替える: サイドバーのアイテムの順序を並べ替えるには、任意の位置にドラッグします。
Hide items: To remove items from your sidebar, uncheck its checkbox.
サイドバーのアイテムを並べ替えるには、キーボードの (上下矢印キー) を使用します。
サイド バーを表示/非表示
サイドバーのスペースが大きすぎる場合は、サイズを変更したり折りたたんだりできます。再びナビゲーションが必要なときは、いつでもサイドバーを展開することができます。
ヒント: ] を押すとサイドバーが展開し、[ を押すと折りたたまれます。
Horizontal navigation
For certain areas like the Knowledge Base, Directory, and Customer Notifications, you’ll use the horizontal navigation to move through different sections.
プロジェクト設定
サイドバーに表示されるプロジェクト名の横で [その他のアクション] (•••) を選択し、次に [プロジェクト設定] を選択します。
Pop out queues
By detaching queues from the main sidebar, you can free up navigation space while keeping queue access front and center. To pop out your queues, hover over queues and select Pop out from sidebar.
ロールアウトを管理する (管理者のみ)

ご利用の Jira サイトで新しいナビゲーションがすべてのユーザーに対して有効化される前
ご利用の Jira サイトで新しいナビゲーションが利用可能になっていない場合、または、すべてのユーザーに対してすでに有効化されている場合は、次の手順を実行できません。
チームに大きな変化が起こる場合、適切な計画は大いに役立ちます。チームが新しいナビゲーションに慣れるのを助けるために、管理者がチームのロールアウトを制御する方法を追加しました。新しいナビゲーションが自動的に有効になる前に、管理者は次のことができます。
自分に対してのみ新しいナビゲーションを有効にする
Jira サイトのすべてのユーザーに対して新しいナビゲーションを有効にする
この機能が利用可能になると、管理者にバナーで通知されます。
管理者が手動で有効にしなくても、管理者が利用できるようになってから数週間後に、Jira サイトは自動的に新しいナビゲーションに切り替わります。
管理者としてロールアウトを管理するには、次の手順に従います。
右上隅から [設定] () > [Jira の個人設定] を選択します。
Jira ラボに移動し、[新しいナビゲーション] を探します。
[自分だけに有効化] を切り替えます。
新しいナビゲーションを自分でテストして、チームの準備を整えます。
チーム全員が新しいナビゲーションを使用する準備ができたら、[全員に有効化] を選択します。
チーム全体に対して新しいナビゲーションを手動で有効にする場合、ユーザーは一時的に古いナビゲーションに戻すことができます。最終的に新しいナビゲーションへの移行が完了したら、古いナビゲーションを使用できなくなります。

Note that you’ll only be able to use the old navigation until we move your team to the new navigation completely. |
