Pre-migration checks for Marketplace apps

This page lists the pre-migration warnings and errors that the Cloud Migration Assistant runs for Marketplace app you’ve selected as ‘Needed in Cloud’ on the ‘Assess your apps’ screen.

Warnings and errors highlight potential issues that can impact your Marketplace app migration. We recommend that you resolve all issues before running the migration.

This section lists the reasons for pre-migration check warnings or errors related to your Marketplace apps.

Incomplete app assessment

• タイトル: アプリの評価が不完全です

• Description: Since you need to complete app assessment, you’ll be taken back to the app assessment table. You should assign statuses to each of the Marketplace apps in your assessment. When app assessment is complete, re-running the check should display a green tick.

App version update required

• タイトル: [Needed in Cloud (Cloud で必要)] とマークされているサーバー上のアプリの一部が最新ではありません

• Description: You'll need to update your Marketplace app in Data Center to a version that’s compatible for app migration. Contact your Marketplace Partner for information on app versions that are compatible for app migration.

App data migration consent required

• タイトル: アプリ データの移行に同意していません

• 説明:「アプリ移行に同意する」で、アプリ移行に同意する必要があります。アプリ移行の同意に関する Jira と Confluence のドキュメントをご確認ください。

App isn’t installed in the cloud site

• タイトル: [Needed in Cloud (Cloud で必要)] とマークされているアプリの一部が、Cloud サイトにインストールされていません

• Description: You need to install all the Marketplace apps that you have chosen as ‘Needed in Cloud’ in your cloud site. You can do this on the ‘Install’ screen.

App doesn’t meet recommended migration success rate

• タイトル: [Needed in Cloud (Cloud で必要)] とマークされているアプリの一部が、移行成功率の基準を満たしていません

• 説明: 移行成功率が不明または低い [ステージ 1] としてマークされたアプリを選択した場合は、次のオプションが表示されます。

  • 移行からアプリを削除する、または

  • 選択した [ステージ 1] アプリで移行を進める

App isn’t registered for migration notifications

• タイトル: 一部のアプリは、移行通知を受け取るように登録されていません

• 説明: Cloud Migration Assistant でこのチェックの最後に一覧表示されているアプリは、移行通知を受け取るように Cloud Migration Assistant で登録されていません。
  この問題を修正するには、アプリの特定のアプリ ベンダー (Marketplace パートナー) にお問い合わせの上、クラウド アプリの移行を登録して移行通知を受け取る方法をご確認ください。

App requires cloud license update

• タイトル: 一部のアプリではクラウド ライセンスの更新が必要です

• 説明: このチェックで一覧表示されたアプリのクラウド ライセンスを更新する必要があります。[アプリ ライセンスを管理] ボタンを選択して「アプリの管理」画面を表示します。
  この画面で必要なライセンスに合わせてアプリをアップデートできます。

Check for migration warnings from app vendors

• タイトル: アプリ ベンダー チェック

• 説明: アプリ ベンダー (Marketplace パートナー) は、[Needed in Cloud (Cloud で必要)] とマークしたアプリに対して、特定のチェックを実行した可能性があります。これによって、アプリ ベンダーは、アプリの移行に失敗する可能性がある問題について警告を出します。また、その問題を解決するための手順を提供します。

  チェックの [すべてのアプリ ベンダー チェックを表示] ボタンを選択すると、アプリに対して実行された可能性のあるチェックが表示されます。アプリ ベンダーの警告を解決せずに移行を続けると、アプリ移行の成功率が下がる可能性があります。
