カスタム ドメインを削除または無効にする

A custom domain provides a branded, easy-to-remember URL to access Atlassian apps. If you want to revert back to using the default app URL, you can deactivate or remove the custom domain.

カスタム ドメインを無効化する

カスタム ドメインで問題が発生した場合は、問題のトラブルシューティング中にカスタム ドメインを無効化しておくことをおすすめします。これを実行できるのは組織管理者だけです。

カスタム ドメインを無効にしても、フォールバック URL は壊れません。代わりに、すべてのカスタム ドメインは既定の URL にリダイレクトされます。

カスタム ドメインを無効化する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps > App URLs.

3. [カスタム ドメイン] タブを選択します。

4. 無効化するドメインで、[その他のアクション] () > [ドメインを無効化] を選択します。

The domain will appear with a status of ‘Inactive’ in the list. Any requests will fall back to the default app URL.

カスタム ドメインを削除する

If you no longer want to use a custom domain, you can remove it. We don’t redirect removed domains, so people will need to use the atlassian.net URL to access the app. If appropriate, you may want to note the DNS records so you can also remove them from your DNS provider.

カスタム ドメインを削除する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps > App URLs.

3. [カスタム ドメイン] タブを選択します。

4. 削除するドメインで、[その他のアクション] () > [削除] を選択します。

ドメインの削除には数分かかる場合があります。処理が完了するまで、リストではカスタム・ドメインのステータスが「削除中」になります。処理が完了したら、ドメインを再度使用する予定がない場合は DNS プロバイダーからレコードを削除しても構いません。
