Update the request types of work items using Atlassian Intelligence

Save time when triaging work items in your queue by letting Atlassian Intelligence suggest new request types for multiple work items. This can be particularly useful when you receive requests by email and end up with a lot of work items with the Emailed request request type. By using AI triage, you can easily update these work items to have more appropriate request types.
Atlassian Intelligence will update the request types of these work items and fill in fields in the new request type based on content in the work item.
If the suggestions don't match what you need for your work items, you can select your own request type from the list and continue the bulk update with your own selected request types. Request types that the work item can't be moved to can't be selected. For example, request types with required fields that can't be filled by Atlassian Intelligence won't be available in the list.
To update the request types of work items with Atlassian Intelligence:
Select work items in your queue.
Select Triage.
Review the suggestions and update request types if necessary.
Select the work items you want to update.
Select Apply.
